These custom pieces are made to order which means that there is a 3-8 weeks production time (could be longer during busy period such a Christmas so order in good time!!) - once production is over we will then ship to your address. If you’re an international customer it may take a total of 9 weeks for arrival from the date you ordered.
If you order this product along with other piece of jewellery, they will be shipped together when the custom piece is ready. Please keep this in mind if you need the other jewellery sooner - if you need the other jewellery sooner you’ll need to purchase it in a separate order from the Name necklace

30mm, 50mm and 60mm
We are so confident in our jewellery lasting If the colour changes or fades at all, we will give you your money back, no hassle. This doesn’t include rings due to the nature of them coming into contact with hard services more frequently which can cause the gold plating to fade more quickly, however if your ring breaks or the stone falls out, we have got you covered!
