I have implemented many strategies and have had little success. It seems that I keep putting a lot of effort into working deals that never go through. I need a process that is consistent and proven. I have been buying products with a hope to get my investing business off the ground, and they all come short with their “promised material.” I hope that your program is unlike all the other guru’s out there and you can give us something that works today and will still work tomorrow!

Having left a 24 year job as a Stained Glass Artist to go to a custodial job for the State to provide Medical Ins for my family & betting on hard work & a bit of luck & spending a Fortune on our education at a real estate colledge in Glendale Arizona, were I took Tony & Gavin’s class wich lead me to that phone call, were that evening I made up my mind to follow in the foot steps of the greats. We met in San Diego. Real Estete has always been what I have wanted to do. My dream job. However, living in So. Calif. you got to have the $$ and the know how to make it here. Property is up and then down and selling and then not. In these times and in this state it’s just about impossible. Although, I know you could do it and I’d be the best one to teach. I can do anything and be the best doing it too. Besides, I’m the one that needs it the most. Oh, if you only knew.
