No Suppliers from Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR): We affirm that we do not engage with or source supplies from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR) to ensure that our operations remain free from associations with human rights abuses or forced labor concerns. We ensure that no forced labor, including prison labor, indentured labor, bonded labor, or other forms of forced labor, is used in their supply chain at any time. This includes making sure that in our supply chain, citizenship documents of workers are not withheld, and suppliers are responsible for employment eligibility fees of all workers, including recruitment fees.

    12. Working Hours and Fair Labor Practices: We are committed to ensuring fair labor practices and maintaining appropriate working hours for our employees and suppliers. Our working hour practices adhere to the principles outlined in the code.

    13. Safe Working Environments: Safety is of utmost importance at Neck on the Line Jewellery Limited. Suppliers are required to establish secure, hygienic workplaces, preventing accidents and prioritizing employee well-being. This commitment cultivates trust and responsibility.
