Very poor quality yet expensive item, which I returned (after having to ask four times for return details). Over 3 weeks later and I still haven’t received an update on whether the return has been processed, having sent multiple messages via the website’s contact form, instagram and emails. It’s been impossible to get hold of them and I have no idea when or if I will receive a refund.
